Trainings organized by Centre Dardedze

Centre “Dardedze” organized in 2006 two trainings for psychologists, social workers, care givers, nurses.

The first one was held on the 16th and 17th of November covered the subject of capacity of organization working with abused children and their families in terms of interdisciplinary and team work. The participants were professionals from one organization. The main aim of the seminar was to evaluate work of the organization and to find its strong and weak points. More detailed issues discussed during the seminar were:


Trainings on the Treatment of Children Victims of Domestic Violence in Bulgaria

The trainings were conducted on the 21st of November and 12th of December 2006 in two Bulgarian towns - Dupnitsa and Razgrad. Thus a wider range of professionals were trained. The main theme of the trainings was the Diagnosis and Treatment of Child Abuse, with the emphasis on the Treatment of Children Victims of Domestic Violence issue.

Subregional training in Sofia

On the 5th and 6th of December Partners Bulgaria Foundation conducted in Sofia a subregional training on the topic of Working with Children at Risk and Children Victims of Abuse. The trainers were Margarita Daskalova from the consulting and training organization Variant B and John Beckett, a British expert and consultant.

Subregional training in Latvia

On the 26th and 27th of October 2006 social workers and care givers from Latvia and Lithuania took part in the subregional training led by Erki Korp from Estonian organization “Tallinna Laste Turvakeskus”.
