Lithuania

This expertise gives a picture of Lithuanian legal regulations regarding cases of crimes against children. Besides providing a data about legal standards, this study presents all the practices protecting children giving a testimony in court.

The studies were conducted in 2005/2006 in seven Eastern European countries: Bulgaria,
Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, and Ukraine.
