Fighting child pornography on the Internet: between legislation and concrete action
The seminar will take place on 29th and 30th of November in Madrid. In light of the recent adoption of the 2011 EU Directive aimed at combating sexual abuse and exploitation of children as well as child pornography, this event is intended as a platform to debate and assess the new EU legislation and to promote the effective investigation and prosecution of offences in this area of law.
The aim of the new EU instrument is to respond effectively to the challenges of new technologies that have made child pornography much more widely available. 4th International Conference “Safe Belarus for Children”

6th International Conference -Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online
For the 6th time already, the International Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online" will be held on 20-21 September 2012 at Novotel Warszawa Airport in Warsaw.
The Conference is organized by the Polish (Nobody's Children Foundation and NASK) and German (klicksafe) Safer Internet Centers, established within the European Commission's Safer Internet Programme.
