Child Abuse and Neglect

During the coordinators meeting in February 2011 in Chisinau, Moldova, the project coordinators have visited the Association of Psychologists Tighina from Causeni, which manages two centers: The Regional Pro-Familia Maternal Centre and The Regional Assistance and Protection Center for Young Women.

Children Support Center has published a book on effective and positive parenting "Let's grow together" for parents in lithuanian language

Children Support Center has published a manual "Child -victim of violence: legal, psychological and social aspects" for proffessionals.

On 20.02 and 1.03 the training with the international expert took place in Warsaw. The expert was Anna Norlen, psychologist and psychiatrist form Sweden. The topic of the supervision were the methods of work with children, who experienced abuse. In the supervision participated 30 professionals- 1 participant from Ukraine (Child Well-Being Fund) and 2 from Lithuania (Children Support Center).
