The conference on Prevention of young child abuse in Poland

The 4th national conference „Prevention of young child abuse" took place in Warsaw, 17th June 2011. The conference was organized by the Nobody's Children Foundation. During the conference the Alina Margolis-Edelman Award for outstanding work in the field of protecting children against abuse was handed to Ryszard Izdebski- pedagogue, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and Jolanta Paruszkiewicz- podiatrist and child psychiatrist.

The NCF project partners from Bulgaria, Latvia and Lithuania presented good practices on how to effectively prepare and run prevention programs addressed to parents of young children.
