Polish (Nobody's Children Foundation and NASK) and German (klicksafe.de) Safer Internet Centers are pleased to invite you to attend the 4th International Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online", which will take place at the Novotel Airport Hotel in Warsaw, on 28th - 29th September 2010.
The Warsaw conference will bring together approx. 500 representatives from the education sector, NGOs, law enforcement, government and industry. It will address a wide variety of issues relating to children and young people's safety online, such as the use of social networking sites, privacy, safe use of mobile phones, online games, etc.
The aims of the conference are to raise awareness of the new challenges and opportunities in fighting online threats and to help share best practices across different sectors. Sessions will be led by recognised international experts in the field of child protection.
The languages of the conference will be English and Polish. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
All interested are kindly requested to complete the online application form till 5th September 2010. Please note that due to a limited number of places submitting the application does not guarantee your participation in the conference. Information about participation will be provided by 9th September 2010.
Participation in the conference is free of charge. However, the organizers cannot cover travel and accommodation costs for delegates. For hotels please consult the website.
