Local supervision in Moldova

The first one, dated 2^nd of July, was performed by Mrs. Tatiana Catana and Mrs. Cristina Filat, who are both lawyers and authors of the Study “Hearing Children Victims of Abuse in the Criminal Procedure”. The experts presented the analysis of the national legislation on hearing minor victims and answered specialists’ questions.

The second one, dated 27^th of December, was performed by Mrs. Aurelia Guzun, a national expert in communication. The issues, addressed during these meeting included such topics as approaching child abuse matters through the Internet, using websites dedicated to the issue of child abuse and creating websites specialized in child abuse cases. The expert gave also suggestions on the structure and content of NCCAP website.
