Child under the Umbrella of Law

Child under the Umbrella of Law is a manual for professionals working with children, issued recently by the Nobody's Children Foundation in the frame of the Childhood without Abuse Project.

The authors, Jolanta Zmarzik and Emilia Piwnik, describe basic legal acts concerning child abuse, possibilities of intervention and other issues related to court proceedings in cases of child protection. As year 2008 of the Childhood Without Abuse Project is devoted to an interdisciplinary assistance, the publication is also written with interdisciplinary approach in mind.
