European Forum on Street Children

European Federation for Street Children is organizing a forum for professionals devoted to the phenomenon of migration of unaccompanied children as an increasing challenge to the EU. The event will take place on 24th - 25th September 2009 in Budapest, Danubius Hotel.

 

Main themes will focus around the situation in the origin countries in Central and Eastern Europe after the first years of EU membership, social and humanitarian consequences of the migration of children, prevention and integration, as well as cooperation of the EU, international and national authorities.
