Daphne III call for proposals

The European Commission has launched call for project funding proposals under Daphne III Programme. Daphne Programme is aiming to prevent and combat violence against children, young people and women and to protect victims and groups at risk.


In the frame of the programme innovative projects comprising comparative policy research, raising awareness activities, exchanging best practices and expertise, developing new support programmes for victims of violence or intervention with perpetrators are welcomed.

Project can last for 12 or 24 months, and must be realized in partnership between 2 eligible organisations from 2 eligible countries (EU member states and some others). Partners can be public or private institutions including research centres and NGOs, and must be non-profit making.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 22nd April 2009.
