Detstvo bez Salzi (Childhood without tears) is a non-profit organization for the public good. The association performs activities focusing on the protection of the rights of children affected by any forms of abuse - physical, psychological, sexual; protection of children victims of trafficking; combat against children pornography and children prostitution; finding missing children; social rehabilitation of abused children and prevention of violence.
The organization seeks to ensure that children grow up in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding.

The main goals of our organization are to support children, victims of violence; to raise social awareness, promote prevention and supporting activities in terms of child abuse; to facilitate social reintegration of abused children and their parents; to disseminate information on these processes on a nation-wide and international level.
"Childhood without tears" will achieve the above goals by means of:
• Legal advising, medical and psychological treatment for the abused children.
• Training programmes for children, parents and professionals (teachers, instructors, medical doctors) in terms of prevention.
• Organizing seminars and workshops dealing with relevant social issues at national and municipal level.
• Encouraging intellectuals, business circles and professionals to find new opportunities for the implementation of the above objectives and projects.
• Supporting state institutions in their activities.
• Maintaining close relations with national and international organization with similar scope of activities.
• Participation in relevant international programmes and projects.
