XVIIth ISPCAN International Congress on Child Abuse and Neglect

The XVIIth ISPCAN International Congress will take place September 7-10, 2008, in Hong Kong, China. It will be organized in collaboration with Against Child Abuse (ACA).

This year's theme emphasizes the best interest of a child seen from a child's point of view. It hopes to stimulate participants to engage in creating caring and non-violent communities, where the role of the child's perspective in policies and practices is strengthened.
