XIth ISPCAN European Regional Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect

XIth ISPCAN Conference

We are pleased to inform you about the XIth ISPCAN European Regional Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect which will take place November 18-21, 2007, in Lisbon, Portugal. The Conference will be organized by The International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN) and the Association of Women Against Violence (AMCV).

The main streams and symposia of the conference will be build around three questions:
· Can we stop child abuse and neglect ?
· What can we learn from survivors and family members ?
· Are current models of intervention and prevention working ?

Authors are invited to submit proposals for papers, workshops and poster presentations. The abstract submission deadline is 1 MAY 2007. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered.
