6th Regional Meeting of NGOs Children’s Rights Coalitions

The Italian NGO Group for the CRC will host the 6th Regional Meeting of NGOs Children's Rights Coalitions in Europe, which will take place in Florence, Italy from 20th to 22nd October 2010. The main aim of the meeting is to increase knowledge and improve effectiveness of children's rights coalitions.

Started in Berlin in 1998, and followed-up in Stockholm (1999), Vilnius (2002), Brussels (2005) and Bucharest (2008) this three-day event is an opportunity to share experiences in children's rights advocacy, monitoring and networking.
The 6th Regional Meeting of NGOs will be hosted by the Istituto degli Innocenti in Florence, working for nearly six centuries on behalf of the family and the child.
